About Navaya

A capital advisory and project-development firm for real assets—serious in process, selective in mandates.

Our firm

Navaya Capital Advisors advises sponsors, developers, and investors on the capital and development work that takes real-asset projects from concept to financial close. We operate as a lead advisor and development partner: we originate opportunities, structure capital, and manage critical development workstreams—not as a broker that merely introduces counterparties.

The firm focuses on four sectors where technical complexity and capital intensity demand disciplined structuring: energy storage, solar, real estate, and green fuels & waste-to-energy.

Tomer Zamosh is Founder & Managing Partner of Navaya Capital Advisors. He brings two decades of senior experience leading, structuring and financing energy and infrastructure projects in Israel, Europe and the United States. Over that time he has closed dozens of transactions of up to tens of millions of dollars, always as the principal who shapes the deal, builds the financial and commercial model and carries it to close. He has also founded and led a renewable-energy and green-fuels venture.

As VP Business Development at Tigi Solar (2022–2026), an international public company delivering integrated thermal-energy solutions to industrial and commercial customers, Tomer led renewable-energy BOT projects and negotiated long-term PPAs. He achieved financial close for the group's flagship California project, secured long-term agreements with a global investment fund, led several cross-border M&A transactions of companies in Europe, and served as a director of the group's California energy company.

Earlier, at Siemens, he led bids for billion-shekel railway BOT and PPP projects. He set up project companies and partnerships with Israel's largest groups and owned the full commercial and financial model, from guarantees and insurance to currency hedging and export arrangements. As CFO of the Systems Division and European subsidiaries at Afcon Industries, he oversaw roughly NIS 400 million in annual turnover. At Logic Industries he had commercial responsibility for international infrastructure programs valued in the billions of shekels and led defense bids worth hundreds of millions of dollars. His foundations were laid in project finance and control at Tahal Group, on water and desalination in Serbia and Romania, and at Danya Cebus, on Highway 6 and Highway 431.

Tomer holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Bar-Ilan University, trained in Project Finance Modeling with FMO, and served as a tank commander in the IDF Armored Corps.

How we work

  • Mandate-led. We take defined roles with clear scope, economics, and decision rights.

  • Process-driven. From origination and diligence through term sheets and close, we run a structured path.

  • Sector-fluent. We focus where we can add judgment on technology, permitting, offtake, and capital markets.

  • Confidential. Track record and live mandates are shared under appropriate confidentiality.

Values

  • Clarity — We say what we will do and how success is measured.

  • Discipline — Structure precedes speed; bankability precedes ambition.

  • Stewardship — Real assets outlive any single mandate; we underwrite for durability.
